Equity crowdfunding illegal - SEBI

Grex, LetsVenture, Termsheet, Equity Crest and Tracxn and few other crowdfunding platforms are all illegal in India. With VCs burnt, crowdfunding illegal, how should one raise money. Will Start Up India team answer this?

World was a beautiful place to live. You could think of crowd funding and many more ideas- alas- the terrorism emanating from across the border has changed a lot. We have fake currency entering India. Terror funding, crowd funding, drug money, hawala racket etc etc - it is lot confusing. Pl do not raise this issue now. more

Let SEBI make its own suggestions and regulations instead of simply closing an option to get funds for start ups and for that any new ventures. more
