When you sit in it, the bend in the leg, under the knee is at the esge of chair and your back is firm against the back. In continuation I add. Place a coffee machine at the far end or next floor to encourage walking. Alternately ask the supervisor to call for discussion every 2 hours. A walk and stop type discussion will be fruitful. Otherwise it is sure road to bone injury which no chair can prevent more
