ERS does not print

In the current generation of site, the main problem is that ERS button does not click. In other words, ERS tickets are not printed. One has to send request to Customer Care to send ERS by email for printing the same.
Another problem that has remained as it is that the size of ERS has remained the same. The operative portion e.g. names, berth nos. should be mentioned in larger size of letters. Other details, etc. can be in smaller fonts. more

ERS tickets needs no printout. The SMS / message from IRCTC is sufficient. more
WHY DO YOU NEED A PRINT OF ERS WHEN SMS OF IRCTC WILL DO THE JOB? more
ERS PRINT SHOULD BE SAME LIKE WINDOW TICKET AS ON NOW IT IS OCCUPYING FULL PAGE OF A4 more
Instead of giving lot of non-essential information in small letters, better to curtail it and increase the Font Size of the essential information like: PNR Number, Train No., Boarding and Arrival Station, DOJ, time of departure of train and class of travel i.e. SL, 3rd AC/2nd AC or 1AC etc. more
I FULLY AGREE. the font size of crucial passenger friendly items has to be large and in bold. sr citizens find it very difficult to read train name, no, coach no, berth no, class , date of journey etc more
People are used as guniea pigs - any thing in haste is waste, which is the part and parcel of the current administration. more
Seems the Trains Which are Not touch ERS cannot print for safety. Thus avoiding confusion . Understand There is a deviation from NORTH Station .Identify which Train going and Not Going ERS . Same kind s confusion in Mangalore Too . TOWN and JUNCTION same as in ERS and ERN more
