Ethics Standards at companies
BIS keeps talking about standards. I feel not two companies big or startups have similar standards in India when it comes to integrity and ethics.
BIS should make standards for ethical business. Am sure with all the anti-corruption and governance circles, we could really help them put proper standards together.
This will be a great help to India Inc and eventually to public. So many scams are taking place just a few like India bulls or Nirav Modi reported. more

Rules should be made which can be implemented which will ensure that people will follow it and not try to escape it if it is simple and understandable more

This could be unique if implemented...one small doubt if loans are disbursed at gunpoint in rural areas...then which standard will be applicable... The activities of BIS is limited to testing of facilities for products on chemical, food, electrical and mechanical disciplines. more

It is not the field of BIS. Company Law, SEBI, SCRA,FEMA etc are regulatory provisions but unscrupulous business owners/politicians are refuting it with impunity for which there should be no leniency or just monetary fines. more

The diluted and diversified system, practice of Business, Profession, Accounting and Audit ; Inspection and Vigilance shall be Regulated properly to face the increasing Misuse, Misappropriation, Frauds and Corrupt Practices . Strict and comprehensive guide lines need to be Regulated at National Interest to come out of all such malpractices in Business as well as the Individuals , Contractors . more
