EUREKA FORBES

The new equipment cost is 15K. When you go for annual change of filter, they ask for 5K. I got filter changes on 17/10/2017 with authorised representative for Eureka Forbes for Rs 1650/- Now, this year they are asking for 5K almost. When i am trying to talk to Customer care, they are saying technicians will charge what they want!!!
I wonder how can something cost INR 1650 last year can cost 5K now.
This is big scam being run and service of such a branded company doesnt mark to its value.

There should be an approval from Govt agency when there is such a phenomenal rise in price.A law to this effect should be made. more
This is nothing new, now they have gone one steo ahead in sharing our contact details to third party vendors who call us as if they are known to us and suggest their services of course with a cost even though we for example would be covered under so called AMC which never works. more
Taking a second opinion from an independent service provider may help fight this kind of monopoly! more
This is a common phenomena of all branded product manufacturers. The companys charge the valued customers at their whims in absence of any framed guidelines. Hence it's important to discipline these organisations and advice for appropriate services to customers. Competent authority may please put a thought on it. more
