It is also now necessary to stop Job Reservations replacing with only Merit and excellence to eradicate present lapse in Professional Talents in all fields of operation providing only the Age Relaxation to those identified Backward Classes. This only will Justify the conditions of articles 15 [4], 16[4], 46, and, 338 to 342 of the Indian Constitution. The issue of Equality and Equal Opportunity shall not be set for reduction in Merit in all Fields and also shall not identify any special Caste, Religion, Race, Sex and Place except those S.C./S.T. more

Lapse of Life Provisions under article 21, read with 41, 45, 15[4], 46 guaranteed in the Preamble of the constitution is the TOP MOST root Cause for Quarrels and rival attitudes, further precipitating Demands for Reservations SINCE THE ISSUE OF BASIC TOOL FOR FOOD & EARNINGS IS ONLY " THE EDUCATION TO EARN " . The increasingly concentrated Wealth and Economic means in Certain Classes carried against the mandate of Article 39 [ b and c ] which restricted concentration of Wealth while directing for covering the whole Community to subserve the Common good IS THE EXTREME REASON FOR THE INCREASED ECONOMIC INEQUALITY which indeed tendering Starving or opting illegal means of Earning . This situation is at the verge of bringing in Civic Disobedience at large . It is the proven fact with ground realities of rivalry between Castes with thin the Communities evern requiring implementation of Section 144 which shall not call back the Gun Fire on Citizens those Still Striving and Starving due to the unconstitutional selfishness opted by the politicians AND, THERE IS ABSOLUTE IMMEDIATE NEED FOR ALL THE GOVERNING BODIES TO INTERVENE AND SET RIGHT not only these issues of economic inequalities but also the CORRUPTED METHODS, CREATION OF BLACK MONEY AND, CONCEALED WEALTH causing loot of National Income and National Wealth which should have been set for Education and Earning Facilities under the Guaranteed Constitution please . more

Your observations are reflecting the major percentages of patriots, intellectuals ,social workers now. But the inter cast fights amongst STs in Telangana ,SC s in Telangana ,Andhra and many more states is the result of the futility of reservation continuation after 70 years. It is a good time to reflect and bring back economic backward ness as the basis or merit based system to every body’s satisfaction. India has done well so far but no more tearing of the meager resources like jobs in private sector as demanded by the power hungry ,unreasonable groups. Let equality prevail ,Let democracy prevail .No formula for population based groups in elected bodies in state or center. more

Dr. Ambedkar, Sri Nani A.Palkhiwala, Sri V.P.Sing and such others'of Bihar & Gujarat stressed more on Socialistic Economic Democracy in concluding Articles 15[4], 16[4], 41, 45, and 46 which Specifically Mandated the issue of Education which alone is the root route for Economic Society , curbing wealth concentration through Articles 39 {b} and {c} .

Reservation of any kind KILLs the enterprise in a individual.Giving freebies and incentives for lacking educational efforts ,rewarding sluggishness over hard work are tools employed by vested Political parties whose whole and sole aim is to keep majority,illliterstr,poor and misinformed so that they are vote banks for them.Sixty years of reservation has proved that this is NOT for UPLIFatMENT but only to help people stay in power and the poor stay poor and view others as their Enmemy just because their so-called leaders tell them so. The present caste,reservation etc are designed as slow posion to evoke a population bereft of thinking power and act a robot at the Behest and orders of their political bosses and leaders.Sooner people WAKE up that the reservation is not fir their Good but for their Masters the better for our country and its people.Hope is what keeping us all going and let's hope the masses will wake up and Denounce all reservations themselves and claim their aright in the society on the basis of their MERIT for Surely there is merit in each and every Indian irrespective of caste,creed or religion, and Let not a few vested politicians position us otherwise. more
