The Evil effects of Consent/Connivance are resulting many unknown Rapes. Many Rapes were opted aiming at final Consent. Very few of such are coming out recently like in the issues of Sri Ashaaram now convicted and the other still under Prosecution. In the other way, those in Consent Business, converting others using different options like Job, Better placement abroad and the victims either kept under Adultery within and or abroad, OR , even Exporting to Malaysia etc., Countries. All these are the findings of Police as also revealed in various Media News .
Such offences and Evil effects of Consent and Connivance are to be also taken place in the Amendments to IPC 375 and 376 and, the relevant Sections including the Indecent Presentation of Women { Prohibition } Act 1986 . The evils cannot be controlled with death punishment because proving rape is difficult as advocates indulge in raising objectionable no self-respecting individual will be able to answer such questions, the flesh trade should be made non-profitable any one indulging in this business or associated with that business should be sentenced to death immediately. The disproving of the rape should be on the accused rather than the victim which may lead to reduction of this crime. more

Those days are past now. Today, nothing is required to prove to get the person into jail after uttering the word RAPE. Then give our statement to a magistrate in camera and you GO. Let us change our mind set with changing times more

A petition has been admitted by Apex Court to abolish sec. 377 to enable people of the same sex to indulge in sexual act. So be prepared to face the charges of rape from boys or adult men also ,once the gay sex is legalised. Boys below 12 years will naturally be more vulnerable .Even today they are, that is why Maneka Gandhi ,Minister of Women and Child Development has recommended to add death sentence even for rape of boys below 12. more

I guess our Parliamentarians ( already are an indulgent lot - in the light of casting couch existence in Parliament: courtesy Renuka Chowdhury expose) - as also Ministers would be at higher risk as people who are aggreived may want to vent their frustration by going after them...so a lot of people are going to be happy with removal of sec.377....boys will be boys and men would be men. more

Well Mr.Sarma the so called evils where organized groups indulge in the business of flesh trade is mostly done with the connivance of powerful people with political connection who also get cuts and commissions and they pull the strings which keeps the long arms of the law from cracking down. Besides these organized racketeers, there are also small time goons who form group for crime and they also innovate in trapping girls from far flung rural areas and poverty laden families with promises of better life in city and then sell them as Slaves. We have seen the so called Educated people, the Blue collared MNC Executives and the Doctors who kept underage girls as slaves and left them without food while holidaying abroad. So it is an evil where the evil is in the heart and mind of people who perhaps have confidence that they are above law and they can get away with it. Both these incidents I mentioned above were in NCR region. Even when Asaram was convicted, thousands of his followers were still rooting for him. And among the followers were highly educated indivduals like Lawyers and Advocates. One of his Advocate is a Lady....and when a lady does not sympathize with a 16 year old girl who became prey to Asaram, would this lady lawyer send her own daughter to this Godmen? I think not...so people just want to fend for themselves and earn a fast buck....ethics and morals are long dead. more

Naturally none cares to any one's personal life. When it becomes an issue in the Society resulting in various types of offences that effect the general public , such are to be addressed / redressed by the Governments .
