The Evil effects of Consent/Connivance are resulting many unknown Rapes. Many Rapes were opted aiming at final Consent. In the other way, those in Consent Business, converting others using different options like Job, Better placement abroad and the victims either kept under Adultery within and or abroad, OR , even Exporting to Malaysia etc., Countries. All these are the findings of Police as also revealed in various Media News .
Such offences and Evil effects of Consent and Connivance are to be also taken place in the Amendments to IPC 375 and 376 and, the relevant Sections including the Indecent Presentation of Women { Prohibition } Act 1986 . It looks as if the majority percentage of lower economic groups have this problem of illicit relationship and bigamy .This was evidenced by one programme in Telugu tv named “Bathuku Jatka Bandi” as almost every group who is appearing in the daily lunch programme is on to two or three un official marriages knowingly or not knowingly the law about bigamy . Most have gone through police stations , law courts and finally landing here for quick justice pronouncement by one star chairman, one Lawer and one psychiatrist. I wonder as why this is increasing if police is counselling!Do they do not know Bigamy is a offence? The impressions gained after seeing it is that every one in this class is having amorous activity, immoral relation ship ,bigamy .Every one feigns ignorance. With this new law who can stop them! The governments must punish all its employees , MLAs, MPs Public elected leaders of bigamy to start with as many have been through cases of crime due to this illicit relation ship. They have been closing their eyes since 70 years since independence and now it is in epic proportions .With this new law what will happen! more

Consent leading to later Suicides or Murders while Connivance expanding indulgence in the Society. The later is ignored while the prior is some times set for punishing the innocents who care Modesty, Dignity, Social Status and Sanctity. Both including laws of Adultery also to be strictly amended making both genders equally punished at the interest of Society IF AT ALL WOMEN HERITAGE AND SANCTITY IS TO BE SUSTAINED . more
