Economically Weaker Sections has quota for school admission in any schools in Delhi: Remember Irfan Film Hindi speaking;
I had a chance to go through the current Delhi sarkar rules. As in the film the afsar comes with a police man to ews home and see whether has the following:
Box type coat
Ceiling fan (table fan allowed)
Any car or two wheeler
Fridge
Ac
Cooler
Bank account statement
Water heating rod
Gyser
Press Iron
Silk sarees
If any of these are there , then your appln is rejected straightaway
BPL card
Not own house
WHY? RULE SAYS U HAVE TO BE LESS THAN ONE LAKH EARNING PER YEAR
So what people do:
They are told by afsar that he is coming and these applicants hide there above items in relatives house more

These rules are made to fool the common man, and the best part is public in general accept and still vote for such government. Public should reject such/ all reservations, and ask for more schools in each and every locality, so that not a single child is left without education. The parties make large promises to come in power, and then forget them, because there is no accountability. Any party, who fails to complete the promises made in election manifesto, should be banned for next 10 years to come again in the elections. Unless such accountability is fixed, no party will ever remember the promises made at the time of elections. more

According to the definition explained a person who will die any moment will come under EWS category. Any one who has afforded such items within his limited income means that he is trying to be equal to well to do people and our government does not approve the principle of equality. more
