Existence of Corruption in India is all because of political communities. Its political parties who are giving protections by laws to bribe collecting Government officers! because they are part of these corruptions links/chains!

what about corruption in civil life. everyone wants to get an extension on what they are authorised. Is it not corruption. A shopowner encroaching on public pavements, autowala not charging on meter based and so on. more

if few corrupted politicians, govt officers, RTO police , lawyers , etc are punished severely and media makes it big news some fear will be created and corruption can be reduced , Govt needs to take more severe steps to stop corruption , working of govt department needs to be improved first and set example to all more

Corruption cannot be weeded out from our system as everyone presiding over the system are corrupt & they arbitrate on whether somebody is corrupt. Unless, a politician's wealth is frozen the moment prima facie case is established, he will use his monetary clout to coerce/ buy out witnesses. The threat of freezing his assets should be deterrent enough to make him think twice before commuting the act. Over a period, the corruption will come down. more
