Exorbitant Cancellation charges of Jet airways and others.

The cancellation policy of Airlines is atrocious. I recently lost Rs5000 to Jet Airways because for some valid reason I could not travel. And then please avoid middlemen like Makemytrip and particularly IXIGO who promise a discount but never deliver. Cheats! more

Since Airlines business has become too much competative they have chosen various means ( including Cancellation charges) to increase their income. more

I booked a domestic flight for Rs 3200. On cancellation (Before 1 month of departure Date) they refund me Rs 200. I don't understand how they kept govt tax/fees with them. At lest they should refund Tax and fuel surcharge. more
