the 1st thing we all need to do is to stop giving tips in hotels. All the employees in a hotel are paid for their jobs and the tips do not go to the employees but a major shar egoes to the hotel owners and that too in CASH. There is nothing wrong in not giving tips to anyone. Even in trains the same applies ! more

Khan sahab giving tips to gas delivery boys is corruption...giving chanda to mandir /masjid without taking receipt with bill no is corruption, byuing things and not taking bill is corruption. letting Govt resources to go to waste is corruption. more

With nearly 40% (37.75% to be precise) people living below poverty line and salaried employment opportunities in the country being less than 3% and wage earners around 15% population, empowering the unorganized rural mass, in an equitable manner becomes a social urgency. Decreasing earning opportunities often compel at least the vulnerable members of the community to adopt bribe taking, smuggling, petty thefts, black marketing and what have you? Ambitious and educated aspirants are seen involved in share fixing, match fixing, illegal banking, fake money deposits or fake farming schemes. Interestingly, the objective of both the cheaters and their gullible victims is the same viz. making money by any means. Strengthening the unorganized sectors can reach the fruits of development to the deserving poor. It is seen that in hill areas where animal rearing is a common vocation the percentage of people below poverty line (BPL) is low. more
