LPG prices for commercial cylinders increased by Rs 266 from today onwards. Commercial cylinders of the 19 kg in Delhi will cost Rs 2000.50 from today onwards which was costing Rs 1734 earlier.

Now eating out or ordering in prices will go up. Why is the Govt not on the top of this price rise issue?? more

Don't you think this is criticism is over hyped. Let's do a simple cost analysis for the layman. The per kg cost of commercial LPG stands increased by Rs. 14/-. This will have hardly an impact of One Rupee per plate/serving of an average ampunt of 50 Rupees. Off course, the caterer will smartly charge extra 5-10 Rupees per plate into his coffers by blaming Modi for a meagre price increase !!! more
I think as far as Inflation is concerned, Govt is loosing the Grip. This will cost them heavily in their future Elections. They have already seen its effect in By polls. more
I appreciate your views. However, if you look around, no body seems to be bothered about the price rise- neither the politicians nor the aam public. Only we, the retirees, are shouting. Since we are not a vote bank, our voices will be drowned in the din. more
It is giving opportunity to government to loot and they will definitely reduce the prices of oil and gas just before the annoncement of elections very substantially . more
Govt should take steps to control the rising prices of essential commodities. more
