Experience at AIIMS Delhi

the attitude of the staff, the horrible infrastructure, the lack of systems and processes makes for a bad bad experience. Yes the Doctors may be really good but there is an urgent need to have a premium consumers experience creation at Aiims (of course for a price) where the customer paying premium have better rooms, better staff and just a world class experience.

That way all sections of the society can gain from it rather than just those who are availing free or low cost treatment. more

Tell me a place where there is no crowd of people and this includes religious places also. We are bursting ar seams and are not willing to say yes to Population Control Bill. Yesterday I went to Vrindavan, faced stampede like situation because everyone was in a hurry to get Darshan. Ditto for Kashi on all working days. It is fair to equate AIIMS/ hospitals with religious places. Money Cannot Buy Health Increasing room charges and getting investigations done after paying a price is Not a solution. I agree with people who have written that only connected people get treatment at AIIMS. Ditto for religious places. Only Connected People get Darshan. more
Delhi AIIMS is busy Hospital where treatment is only possible if you know some one otherwise going is waste of time. Delhi needs 2 AIIMS in East Delhi and West Delhi to control load .For parking ,internal tpt all needs back up. Treatment is top class if admitted. more
I also completely agree with Ajay … very good suggestion … our circle should highlight this and take it up on urgent basis more
The idea is not bad, but in a Govt. institution, it's really difficult to execute. Besides, there are few lakh visitors to AIIMS in everyday for medical treatment that became a tough job to handle. There is a lot of difficulties to communicate with rural folks. Doctors and staffs have no choice to behave differently with such a wide category of visitors. We must realise it well. more
