BB Daily is an app launched by Big Basket offering varieties of items like vegetables, fruits, groceries etc; through on line ordering. My experience has been not so good. Many a times items ordered do not get delivered and refund process is initiated . Why orders are taken if the product is not in stock? Take it off the list so that we do not waste our time. Believing that product will be delivered, we don't buy elsewhere. After all, we buy what we want. more
always best to buy across the table branded non branded - your family needs / incl essentials get the applicable discount on MRP - just prove yourself become a loyal customer - then its a cash back to bank account too - can get your id created in Noida then you do it whereever in India you are - just say cash back to bank account and contact me more
BB does not seem to be bothered about it - even after receiving feedback about the same multiple times. The solution I opted for is to buy items from local vendors, whatever I can get from them and forget about BB more
This is one big disadvantage of buying on-line. Worst is when fruits/vege deliveries contain rotten pieces. Alternative is to buy from the man who comes by your lane every day. Paying him a few rupees more is better than fretting over false deliveries. more
