Express locals between the station
To minimize the crowd in all Superfast and Express trains ,there is requirement of Express local trains between major stations during morning and evening time . These trains should not have reserved bogies . Otherwise Railway should increase the no of general bogies in all superfast and Express trains . The present condition of crowd in general bogies is very worst . Here the condition of peoples became like material kept in bag . If any Leader or official want to know , then they should travel through general bogies without showing their identity. more

Long distance migration due to concentration of employment opportunities at fewer places like Bangluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mohali, Delhi etc has created lots of traffic problems in railways. During festival and marriage seasons, employees travel to their home towns and for rest of the year, their parents travel to these places, creating avoidable rush. Avoidable, because the IT industry can very well be decentralized. Similarly other businesses providing mass employment should be uniformly distributed through out the country, avoiding their concentration at one place. Any development model must be examined, apart from its developmental aspects, also for its social, cultural and logistic impact. For some time at least, Mega-cities must be spared from such concentrated industry development. more
