express train time schedule
Yesterday (29/06) I (pnr 8442749147) took 11301 Udyan Express to come to Bangalore from Mumbai. Boarded at DADAR. The train starts from CSMT next station DADAR (arrived 20mits late); next station KALYAN (20 mints late) ; next LONAVLA (1hr.15mints late). Can anyone from the railways explain to me how an express train can get delayed for so long a period while covering the first three stations of it's journey?
Everything got superseded when early next morning I found no water in the toilet ( Coach A2). I just could not make the attendant to inform the next station . All my efforts went in vain and he pretended not to follow hindi/english. TTE was just not visible.
The same useless people headed by equally useless bunch are appealing to people to forego the subsidy. My suggestion is to withdraw all free tickets to the railway employees for next five years. Tighten your own belt first my dear friends!!!! more

There is no pantry car in Udyan even though the journey is for 24 hours. You have to depend on illegal vendors who sell adulterated food and beverages selling at rates other than that fixed by railways. At stations there are not enough stalls for purchasing eatables and they may not be near your coach. Water is filled only at Sholapur so also cleaning by contractors. This also in some coaches only. more

First of all, the so called officers of Railways - DRMs, DCS, Addl DRMs, DPOs, and I do not know how to call Finance people, should be forced to travel by Railways only on tour to their Zonal Offices and Delhi. Let them miss a few meetings due to the late running of their own trains. Or let them miss a connecting train. These fellow have a colonial mentality and carrying the same colonial british time privileges and no responsibility. I dont want funny challenges from PM sahab, but let these railway officers travel by Railways for their meetings/tour. Then things will improve. more

Udyan express is an orphaned train. For name sake it is express train and charges are levied for express train. Nothing is available, including, tea,snacks, and loafers, urchins muggers are the ones travel by this train. Once the TTE checked the ticket, he too, may not be seen. Now, with regards to uncleaned coach, non availability of water, etc. a passenger can tweet to the railway minister or PM. If one is lucky, he may get a reply " attending". Some times, one may need to chase the TTE,Attenders till it is attended. more

The attendant was pretending not to understand Hindi/English ? You should have uttered a four letter word in either Hindi or English and immideately he would have turned out to be a PG in languages. more

Central Government is interested in privatising the railways.One side they are reducing the workforce and the other side they are reducing the budget amount.They have made railway budget as a small section of Union budget.No separate railway budget. more
