Extra money charged as nconvenience fee only for payment through digital mode by Indigo airlines
Airlines are charging different types of charges, but charging Rs 300 per ticket/ per passanger onky if you make payment by digital mode, it is totally wrong when govt is encouraging citizens for digital transaction, Indigo airlines gives option to pay by IVR without convenience fee, but there arrangements are such you wouldn't successful through IVRS, hence you have to go through digital payment mode and compulsory pay convenience fee for inconvenience to passanger.
Hence I request to take this issue to get rid of convenience fee through digital mode. more

Any one refusing to accept anyform of electronic payment and/or asking money over and above the price of the goods and/services supplied and statutory taxes and levies - should be charged for illegal money transaction and/or money laundering. more

Yes, convenience fee is additional charge for taking a ticket through digital mode. Majority of the passengers use this mode for payment. The Ministry of Civil Aviation should re-examine the issue. more
