Long gap between meals create this problem. Anxiety is another reason. Within 8 am you have to take your heavy breakfast. Within 1 pm take your lunch. Light snacks 6 pm and within 9 pm take your supper. Don't take any antacid. All your meals should be less spicy. In the early morning take plenty of water and do light exercise. more

This is not simple a problem, which can be cured only by suggestions. You have to take Yoga, walking, proper food, etc. along with change in life style.
