I am sure Airtel has a cost effective technological solution to this problem. Try speaking to them at relationship centre and consider whether their solution is acceptable to you. If unable to resolve, you seriously consider changing to other service providers whose performance in your area is acceptable to you. In this era of communication, you feel gagged if your communication link is not functioning. It is a very serious issue. You need to resolve it soon to your satisfaction. more
Airtel is fake, other is fraud, another is a flop, good governance of Modi jee is class apart... Last 2 years we are facing signal problem in Airtel. The whole colony knows us in and out who are proud Airtel service owners. Mr. Ashok we are not taking services of Airtel to run around pillars and trees to catch a signal. I have made complaints too but no respite. Leaving one service and moving to another after 15 years is no guarantee that it will work seeing the apathy of many. We have to live as Modijee wants us. YES, one thing I know that our 'governance' is worse than any communist Country... A commoner has no say at all. more
Believe there is problem with all the service careers. I have airtel connection for a long time. I had issues of call drop quite frequently. Airtel did installed some equipment at my residence but its also of no use. Phone goes blank and however call goes on and on. more
Looks an act of local miscreants. more
If signal is poor, you need to keep your mobile where gets stronger signal. Alternatively you can install signal booster in your home. more
