Fake Patanjali stores

Many patanjali stores are being found to be unauthorised stores where they procure bunch of merchandise put ramdevs photo and start selling all kinds of products and giving gyan to people.

We had one in sector 110 noida who was fined 1 lakh for operating without license by state food inspector.

If you go to a patanjali store ask them for their license. more

Friends, This is a good time pass issue. Can any one tell me about the other products that we buy from small grosory shops like toothe paste, shaving cream, dal atta, rice spices of some brands in pack or lose, are they all authorised to sale those products by the maufacturers, even some traditional medicament from some medicine shops? As long as one buys from all such shops and the manufacturers are also happy that their products are sold by some retailers why such big hue and cry? Getting official delaership or the retail outet requires the applicant to pay huge deposit how a small shop owner can afford that. Moreover,if at all one has so much doubt and if the pack is genuine , there is always CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND MAIL ID s are prointed one can lodge a complaint, both with the manufacturers and the consumer affairs dept. Do you ever bother to check even the manufaturing date of PATZNJALI PRODUCT THAT ONE BUY FROM A SO CALLED AUTORISED SHOP , MAY OF THE COSMETIC ADN OTHER ITEMS ARE VERY OLD, YOU NEVER GET FRESH DATED OR CURRENT MONTH MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS. THIS IS MORE IMPORTNAT TO DISCUSS RATHER THAN SUCH TRIVIAL ISSUE , IN MY OPINION . Jai Hind more

I really wonder whether such people have no fear of the Law? But then I really question the sincerity of "Law Enforcement" in our country? And I've got no answer....... Someone really needs to waken up to subdue these law-breakers! more
I fully agree with these comments on fake Patanjali stores. I also suggest that :- 1) Patanjali should also be punished for not taking any action against such fake Stores, as it hampers their own image. 2) Local and FSAI authorities should initiate strict punitive action against such fake stores to prevent others from doing such business. 3) Even Patanjali should be asked to advertise along with their Ads deterant action against such fake stores for public information and needful action of ignoring such stores and reporting to higher FSAI and other control authorities in the respective district/state/ ministry. more
it is not only Patanjali stores, many Ayurveda as well homeopathic and medical stores are also run without authorized license as well as registered pharmacist. weather it is Ayurveda, homeopathy or allopathy, registered pharmacist is mandatory but who cares. It is not a fault of government only because FOOD AND DRUG CONTROL DEPARTMENT HAS VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF INSPECTOR and they can not control every store, lying at every corner. IT IS US WHO HAVE TO BE VIGILANT AND ASK DETAILS. LOT OF DUPLICATE AND SPURIOUS PRODUCTS ARE ALSO SOLD IN SUCH STORES. more
