Family Issue
GM sir, My issue is with my brother who is not taking care of my father since 16 years now i have 3 kids with financial crisis, please let me know what should i file in court to handover him to Elder son from now onwards since he has taken all the retirement benefits i have already spent on medical expense till now. You should face the false cases against you boldly by the suitable evidence. You can take advantage of false documents authentication by RTI. more

Thanks sir, some false case also they are collecting against me both my brother and father now the actual plan of them is to dispose my house which was registered on my name jointly i am not agreeing for that. Thanks and regards. more

Strictly speaking, you are not doing any favour to your father for looking after all these years, notwith standing your brother attitude. It is better your father files a case agaisnt your brother for maintenance considering your other dependants for effective adjuidcation. more

A sr. citizen, whethr he is a father/mother, grandfather/g.mother, or any relative, he should be looked after by the sons/daughters. In this case the father can approach a Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, with a petition for his rights, under the "MAINTENANCE AND WELFARE OF PARENT AND SENIOR CITIZENS ACT, 2007" Clause-4. Please consult an advocate and file the petition immediately. more
