Family Penson Fund Treatment

My establishment was shutdown in 2011. I have been contributed 18 yrs in PF.I have withdrawn my Fund. Now let me know what to do to get pension after 58 yrs? As firm was shutdown prior to UAN applied, So unable to login UAN. more

EPF Regarding any issue you can contact to concern EPF office they people will help you more

It is observed that the company is delaying the payments to the ex-employees of their legitimate amount whic is very regrettable & also unexpected. more

You will have to submit Form 10C for Scheme Certificate. Also write a covering letter that you can't get employer's signature because firm is closed. Submit it personally at PF office where your account was maintained. Attach copies of Aadhar, PAN card, Address proof, cheque leaf. Also carry originals with you. more
