Based on the recent changes made in the insolvency and bankruptcy code 2016, start ups can now exit faster. Please see attached. more

Start-up India is humbug as I am trying to register from abroad .....no response. Does tendering business is part of corrupt society in the parliament. I cannot bid or even get in touch with , even though I have good intentions to help India. more

I am really concerned about this. This means I can start a start up? get 100 cr rupees as investment, after six month, spend 30 to 40% of the money and I run away with the remaining. This is dangerous. Start up exist possible only if the investment is of the owners and not of others. This is going to have bad precedents. more

Sir what ur talking about business of start up ?or insolvency process?. if this level of confidence is not there who will invest ? promoters , investors , bankers , i think even good human capital will not get ..PLEASE CLARIFY LINK GIVEN IS BILL PLEASE CHECK UPDATE BEFORE U POST THIS more
