Father's property - legal status
My father had a property registered in his name when he was a minor purchased by his mother (my grandmother). I would like to know whether this property is considered as his own or will it be an ancestral property. If my father write will on that property holds legal. Hope my query will be answered and thanks in advance. more

An immoveable property which has been registered in the name of minor, may be he or she was / is under guardianship of any body say father or mother, he / she is full fledged owner of that immoveable property on attaining majority. Even the property may have been purchased by fund / amount of any family member or even by loan from them. No one can challenge it. more
