Faulty, Inefficient Laptop From HP

Hi, Member, I am sharing my experience of buying HP Laptop from HP Online Store here. I hope this will help you in future when you plan to buy laptop from this company or any company. I bought HP Laptop (Model :14s-0002tu) worth Rs.~ 46000 on 25th Aug-2020. I received that laptop on 27th Evening. But when I unboxed and checked the Laptop, the performance was too bad. It was running so much slower. Even my 4 yes old laptop and iphone both were performing faster than that laptop. Laptop’s battery was draining quickly, sound Was distorting while connecting headphone via bluetooth, It gets hang most of time, taking too much time to perform the command and to launch any menu or application. Hence Immediately I sent the email to sales executive of HP Company (This guy gave me assurance for the quality of that laptop). I describe all the issue and matter properly in my email. Next day I got an email which advised me to call customer care and get technical support. Means after purchasing 46000 Rs laptop within 12-18 hrs I have been forced to get repair my laptop. This was unbelievable that one the first day of the arrival that laptop is not working properly but they refused to replace or refund the money. Instead they asked me to go through very tedious process of calling customer care support. Which even I did. I called multiple times, reached them on social media too. But nothing turned fruitful for me. Just imagine I have spent nearly 50000 Rs on 25th and within 2 days this is me struggling to get my money or justice. I warn them for consumer suit but they are don’t give a damn as they don’t care about Authorities. So please whenever you buy product from HP or any company please visit the store check the product and ask them to agree upon term that if it will not work properly in the time frame of one month, they are liable to refund or replace or give alternate option to buy another product. Actually such big companies don’t care about such small issue because they know that innocent consumer will have no time and courage to fight the case in legal manner. Even they have economic advantage of having law officers for consultation for their such issues. So consumer eventually being left voiceless and without justice. But as now our Indian Govt. And Consumer Affairs Ministry started supporting consumer and providing them affordable justice I fee things will change in future. I have filed my grievance just now today about HP case. Waiting for justice. But if you people want to support always support consumer on all social media. Repost, reshare their complains on social media. Retweet. The more you people highlight the issue and bad practices of such companies they will take things seriously. more

Mr. Surendra Pai, After abusing all the members in a highly derogatory language, and boasting about his study abroad & purchase of an expensive watch, where have you disappeared? The least you could have done was to apologise to the group. more
HP should in all fairness replace the faulty laptop immediately. more
You may take up with HP at higher levels and being reputed Company, I am sure that they will try to resolve your problem. more
He gave a lengthy but irrelevant reply to my comment rather than admitting his own folly. I don't think he will have the courage to rely to my latest post. Just boasted of foreign education and purchase of an expensive watch without realising that others are neither uneducated nor paupers. more
