Faulty system of MTNL, Delhi

I am a resident of I.P.Extension, Delhi - 110092. My MTNL landline no 22247448 has been lying dead since June 27th 2106. I have been continuously making complaints to get it rectified but , till date, the same is status quo. The complaint gets registered and after three to four days, i receive an SMS that the complaint has been attended to and rectified. This department is totally insensitive to the public ordeal and something stringent needs to be done to get them functional and in order. more

MTNL has lots of complaints due to the Loss they had and for overcoming it they played such tricks. more
Mr. Kabra , you have made the complint in the fault complaint system which is quite good in Chennai. the registration takes plac immediately and complaint number given for both faulty telephone and Broad Band . we ar satisfied. When you get the message that the complaint is rectified, it means that from their side the fault is rectified . However there may be fault in the telephone connection inside the house oor over the wire. Call the number given and clarify directly. They are very receptive . more
keep on writing complain by mail and lodge complaint on telephone and keep complaint no. after 15 days from first complaint put a RTI and follow it or you can go to their complaint department directly. more
Govt. telephone department has lost its identity because of its lethargy and some of the corrupt people. Unless the revamping & reshuffling of the old staff is done this department is not going to improve. more
