FDA CDSCO IN NEXUS WITH CIPLA LIMITED. SERIOUS ADRS CAUSING DEATH HUSHED UP

Both the Joint Controllers in CDSCO as well as ADC(I) are involved in a major Scam to protect Cipla Limited in their drug causing serious Adverse Drug Reactions leading to death of my wife. Case is with Mumbai Police as well as Magistrate Court. DCG(I) organised a Fake investigation with FDA Gr Mumbai to silence me, the aggrieved senior citizen. This fake investigation has been exposed by me. Writ petition is before the Supreme Court. This is exactly my complaint before National Human Rights Commission. Human Rights violation by bribing and corrupting FDA & CDSCO officials. Unbelievable cover up by Lokpal of India to dispose of my complaint against Drug Controllers. Lokayukta of Maharashtra let off FDA Gr Mumbai w/o passing minutes of hearing. Abandoned his duty. I have been taken for a ride for 8 years. Around 300 posters on twitter and Facebook reveals the full story. Check Umesh Barkur & UMESHCH23541179.
Complaint is before Competition Commission of India.

CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION AND CORRUPTION EVERY WHERE. WHERE A COMMON MAN HAS TO GO. more
Please keep up the good work Mr. Barkur. I too am involved with several committees who are cheating and lying and we the commoners are hardly able to do anything but go to court and waste time and money. Prayers in this case are very important and if you pray sincerely and with devotion, you will get justice in this oh-so corrupt country. more
May the truth prevail and may justice be done. We regret the bereavement and pray for the departed soul to rest in ppeace. more
Manuel Aaron: I am sorry to learn of the ordeal that Mr Barkur has been facing in trying to get justice for his wife. His narrative is lengthy and sometimes repetitive. But I get its drift. One precious life has been lost and the powers that be, are more interested in saving the guilty than in finding what ought to be done to pre-empt such future tragedies. We, the ordinary citizens, face such situations occasionally and a righteous rage arises in us. But we are powerless as we have neither the resources nor the time to fight drawn out battles against established, corrupt groups. I am therefore appreciative of Mr Barkur's efforts to establish the truth and secure a more just and honest India, an India in which an oldie like me does not have to spend the evening of his life knocking at the doors of justice instead of spending time with grandchildren and youngsters who we can advice, guide and mentor. May Mr Barkur's efforts result in the Courts coming down heavily on corrupt officialdom! more
Those who bribe and those who receive bribes to do illegal acts both are responsible. I hope your petition before SC names both parties. Good Luck. more
