FDR with JP associates ltd
I have got FDR for the money deposited with JP Associates LTD, Noida. In spite of lapse of one year after maturity date they had not returned my money. What should we do to get our money back. more

I agree with Mr. Om Prakash Goyal. Pl if someone can raise this issue with the finance Minister so that at least MCA should start listening the investors more

It is advisable that never take FD with companies. you may buy debt mutual fund to have guaranteed periodical payment. more

More advisable to initiate the LEGAL action well before it is too late. Else the Company may go for liquidation and you will loose all your lifetime savings. Once BIFR or defunct you will not have any alternative but to loose all your money. more

I also have same problem. I wote to MCA but of no avail. The MCA has a statutory body called Company Law Board (CLB) which is given extension after extension to the company for defering repayment of matured FDRs. CLB being a stutory body one can only has remedy of filing apeal in High Court or Supreme Court. This is not feasible. MCA is not attending to the complaints. Can this circle bring this problem to the notice of Finance Minister for taking steps so that CLB does not give further extension to the company for defering repayment of matured FDRs and direct the company to make immediate payment more
