General Coaches be increased for better travelling of lower class, coaches and trains be increased in every class in every route according to demand so that no waiting ticket be remained. It is possible if efforts be made. more  
On 01 May my elderly parents travelled from Bhopal to Delhi by Bangalore Rajdhani, which departs from Bhopal at 2130 hrs. On 01 May I called up 139 to confirm if dinner would be provided to passengers boarding the train from Bhopal. First the ' first line executive' and thereafter the supervisor also confirmed that dinner will NOT be served, even when I mentioned that the e ticket indicated catering charges exclusively. I was told that as a matter of norm passengers have to pay this catering fees, even when no meals fall due during the course of journey. Accordingly my parents made arrangement for dinner before boarding the train. However, they realised that dinner WAS served to them on train, which went waste. The call centre personnel need to be more knowledgeable and efficient. Pl take this as feedback, and not complaint, to improve the service. Regards more  
The refund can be made immediately once the ticket is not issued for any valid reason why and forms will be returned to the railways and it can be disposed as per the railways will. Only thing is all such activities have to be done with proper IT enabled services. more
