Feedback Sought on IRCTC website

In late May this year, based on your circle inputs on Tatkal booking issues, the IRCTC servers were upgraded to accomodate twice the traffic.

With this post, we would like to seek your inputs on various other issues you have lately experienced with the website. Our reference is not to new features but issues you face when using the site (i.e. booking, paying, changing passwords, cancelling, retrieving bookings and any other). We look forward to your inputs. more
