Fees for advocates
The government should regulate the fee of all the Advocates. I understand that the Government Departments/ Public Sector Organizations pay lakhs of rupees to the advocates, who do not deserve, and the law officers get part of this back. The Government/ Public Sectors should post on their web site, the names of advocates empanelled by them, and the criteria of fee being paid to their advocates, for whatever purposes like consultation, per day appearance in different courts and different variety of expenditure.

The advocates fees should be only 10% of the claim fees all in, no separate fees chargeable for appeals etc for whichever court. This fees must be supported by a documented receipt audit-able by IT authorities and liable for IT scrutiny. Most of them generate BLACK MONEY and cheat clients and the Government of IT. Why has the Central Government not thought of plugging this loophole? Can AAP help the AAM Aadmi of this atrocity ever to bring "AccHe Din In AAM Aadmi also fore ever". very much the best way is to supreme court initiating an investigation in third party claim courts judges and lawyers where crores of claims are being granted based on some assumptions of earning capacity of the deceased. but this benefit is taken only by rich and powerful. more

It is govts way of supporting illegal things. they waste public money to deny justice to the people at cheap cost. It must be made compulsory for them to file the fees received in the case with registrar of courts and may be asked to provide free service for deserving cases upto the 25% of the fees value. And there should be cap on the fess and earlier it is done it is better. more
