FERNS & PETALS CHEATING

My sister sent the rakhi from London by booking online at FnP. pain 1700/- for the same. They were supposed to deliver 2 packets, but delivered only one and that too with stale ladoos and broken pieces of Rakhi etc. Their Call centre is smart enough to say sorry and will revert back, but never does so. report on FB has no response. They are SHAMELESS GUPTA FAMILY. Earning their livelihood by cheating. Shame, Shame and Shame. My request is to stop using their services.

A FIR at police station has also been lodged but no recourse. This is our police force, totally purchased by such scrupulous people.

Well spoken and shared, Friends--Sri Sunil Prakash ji, Sri Kamal Gupta ji & Sri KK Chopra ji, It is indeed a shame that these "well known" business operations indulge in such cheating episodes. One wonders how many more have suffered the same --- but do not share. Consumers must join hands and boycott all such businesses. Our tragedy is that we are not a unified or a united force... Good of you to report this. I, for a change, would like to report a piece of extraordinary service. My office had sent a courier through Blue Dart to Hyderabad and as per their terms of service they were to deliver by 10am on a particular date, or money back. They actually delivered at 4pm, but since that did not hurt us, we never said a word. To our surprise, the next day they sent us our cheque back with a regret note. This is an amazing sense of responsibility. more
