Can legal metrology bring a law where for no product the MRP is above 100% of cost.

Let's see when the day comes. There have been demands to set prices as MOP that is Max. Operating Prices instead of MRPs which are often misleading. more

The concern authority must monitor this subject and take necessary action to keep the maximum retail price of any goods or services. As we are proceeding toward the privatisation of semi government or full government sectors we are losing the control over the market. In this regard Government is responsible for the control over the market. more

I agree that MRP needs to be controlled by the government, especially for diabetic and cancer drugs which have to be consumed by the patient all their lives or they will not survive. more
