Yoga, as mentioned by Reeta Kumar, Gau Mootra, gratitude, fasting, turmeric tea with pepper(check google for recipe), fruits such as pomegrenate on empty stomach, green vegetables, drinking water dipped with cucumber slices, stopping all sugar intake, drinking whole lemon fruit juice in a cup of hot water first thing in the morning, drinking 3 spoonfulls of organic coconut oil in morning and night, and worry free life all help. You may not be able to do all of the above, but doing as much as you can with a positive mind and then leaving the rest to God, will certainly help. Genetic tendencies may control your body, but mind is supreme, which can control the genetic tendencies. more

Hi Doctors and other experienced personalities, I had been suffering from Renel Cell Carcinoma for the past 3years with Metastases in Lung, under Pazo Panib 200mg treatment after partial nephrectomy. 2 mths back the PET shows some more progression of the disease.It says multiple perinephric,lymphnodal,pulmonary and skeletal metastases. My Oncologist's recommendation is to try immunotherappy with Nivolumab which is 1lakhs Rs/injection @ 2/mth. As a retired private sector employee who paid huge amount as income tax, I can not afford this treatment for more than 3-4mths as my family have to manage with the interest received from my savings, after my death. Is there any affordable,effective and proven treatment by which I can live with out much pain till I die, as it is very difficult to neglect the disease with out treatment when my family is willing to sell even the house to get some expensive treatment. I do not believe in wasting so much money and living for few months and putting my dependents in financial crisis. I am 58yrs now and can do my things normal and only travelling is bit difficult for me that too in buses and trains where my body shakes too much. Is there any better suggestion for any other type of treatment ?Will this Go Moothra treatment help my situation. What type of Yoga can help ? How should I modify my life style,food and eating habits. For past 3 years I am a vegetarian and do not consume any tea/coffee/Alcohol/smokes etc.. But I am very much stressed and feel so attached to my family especially my one and only one daughter. Your advice is much awaited. Regards, RK. more
