Fighting corruption
It is a well known fact that all departments of the State Government have become embodiment of corruption. Please note that no Chief Minister will care for the e mails on corruption because they are very much involved in the business of corruption. Please therefore move with the Modi circar to post Lokayukthas in all the states and district head quarters so that higher level corruption in government departments could be taken up with them. Regarding bribery cases at other levels, consumer councils should be created headed by sitting judges. All consumer councils should be brought under the Central Vigilance commission or else the State Government will interfere and dilute the establishment. more

Most of the current political system wins votes and exploits power and authority only with MONEY POWER and MUSCLE POWER and they decide the fortunes/fate of officials in all departments including administration, judiciary, police.....with quid pro quo ruling the roost to make quick bucks to the tune of hundreds and thousands of crores! WE, THE PEOPLE HAVE TO BRING A RADICAL CHANGE TO THIS NASTY SYSTEM. Hopefully the so called Kalki Avathar is around the corner to help us in our concerted efforts to eradicate the very roots of all pervasive evils EARLY! more

What if the Lok Ayuktha itself becomes corrupt. Then can we have Lok Ayuktha of a Lok Ayuktha. Take Karnataka as an example. The point is there is no point in increasing the layers of Policing. There is no end to that. Unless the economy and the job market improves with that providing legitimate means for people to earn a living and concomitantly unless here is a spread of and access to for all to a sound liberal education with a sustained awareness campaign against corruption and to improve the moral / ethical fibre of the country (not to be confused with moral policing at all) only then, I feel, we will reach a self propelling critical mass to bring some hope and cheer to the Country for a cleaner life and living. more

You can set up any number of investigating agencies, but what guarantee is there that they will not go corrupt, especially in a country where every department is corrupt. The main reason for this that the giver and receiver are amongst ourselves. Leave no cash in the hands of the giver so that he can give it to the receiver. Demonetization is the only solution. Remove all big denomination notes of Rs.1000, 500 and 100 permanently from circulation. All transactions above Rs.1000 through plastic money only. Then only can India be free of corruption and black money. more

The LokAyukta helps people bring corruption to the fore mainly amongst the politicians and officers in the government service. It is to be noted that the LokAyukta conducts raids. But surprisingly, it does not have binding powers to punish anyone. Owing to this, many acts of the LokAyukta have not resulted in criminal or other consequences for those charged. more

Lokpal will investigate the case for some time, hand it over to the court for trial. Or hand it over to State Government, ask them to set up additional courts to complete the trial. In the end the verdict has to come from the court as in Jayalalitha case.
