Filing RTI application at Sub- Registrar office

Can any one guide me how to file an RTI application at the Sub- Registrar's office, Vikas Sadan? more

Simple do not forget to write Under right to information act 2005. A 10 rupee note is enough to seek the information. Do not forget to mention the 10 rupee note number to mention.do not forget to ask the next appellant authority name and address if you are asking information for the first time. I have been fighting with the subregistrar and others under right to information act more  
Address the application to the SPIO of the Sub-Registrar with fee of Rs.10/- more

The SPIO is legally obliged to send the address of Appellate authority more  
Please do not forget to ask the 1st appellant authority name ,postal add and phone continue till you reach the highest officer more
