Taxation law should be so simplified that a small enter-pruner can easily understand and submit return along with paying tax himself. more
Dear Mohit and Members, Simplification is certainly required but additionally transparency is also needed. Monthly and quarterly submissions may be called for if the transactions of revenue and expenses in a month are more than a limit, say Rs.2 crore in a month for quarterly submission and Rs.5 crore in a month for monthly submissions. Halfyearly Returns should be must where transactions exceed Rs.10 crore in a month. more
Not only opposition parties, even if a person is seen with a person having affiliation with party "x", it is assumed by other parties the person belongs to party "x" and they become her/his antagonist without verifying the facts. Party "x" or "y" both may have wise people. But members are not allowed to approve the opposite parties wisdom. Quite negative politics played. Healthy comments, healthy discussions focused for the development of the country is not their agenda. ACTUALLY COUNTRY FIRST. Next party, next community, next family, next me. But the whole of hierarchy is disturbed in the politics. Most of the people go in politics because they believe: we will become millionaire overnight. And some do so too. As regards returns, there is no other way to monitor the working of small and medium scale industry. If some one knows, please advise. Mr.Unnikrishnan is right when he says: Digitisation is expected to reduce these numbers gradually. Moreover, for honest businessmen filing returns is not difficult. It is difficult when manipulations are intended to be done. more
Digitisation is expected to reduce these numbers gradually. Implementation of any procedure in India is like voyaging through a rough sea. One don’t know whether he is going forward, backward or sideways. Our opposition parties believe that opposition means oppose everything that the ruling party suggests or implement. This attitude need to be changed. Our legal systems are made complicated just to provide employment to the educated class. Direct tax code is absolute an example to it. Unless the mass becomes aware political parties will take advantage of the situation. How they opened significant number of schools and engineering colleges across the country and made our new generation unemployable. more
