final PF SETTLEMENT not done
I wanted to claim my PF but EPFO portal asked me to transfer my previous employer pf to my current employer pff a/c ,accordingly i transferred my PF balance to my current employer & it has also reflected in my passbook.
i raised claim for final PF claim on 15/12/17 but i was paid only my current employer contribution only, however amount transferred from previous employer was not paid which is appearing in my passbook.
I again raised claim on 19/12/17 & 21/12/17 & 26/12/17 but all were rejected with the reason that i hv been paid PF settlement though i have balance of my previous company for 3 years in my a/c (my current passbook).
As usual no one is picking up phone & am completely lost..can someone guide me what to do now, i will be very thankful… more

Write directly Regional PF Commissioner giving all details. You will receive all your legitimate dues within 15-20 days. more

If nothing else work, resort to RTI route. It is very simple just with Rs. 10/- as fee. However, many problems are arising because we do not follow up or direct the complaint to appropriate authorities. It is true that EPFO require rigorous follow up and instead to doing it by phone or visiting the office, resort to email process. more

Hi, In such cases better you take a printout of your e passbook and also take a copy of amount credited to your bank account. You have to visit your pf office with these documents and ask the help desk to get permissin to visit your pf account handling section.(they called it in a numbers grou I group II group III like) Show it to them all this details and get their reply for this. Even if you didnot get the reply properly please report it to PF Grievance cell you will get the reply within a week. GK more

Great experience. Continue struggling. I lost my entitlement in the past and I did not have energy to follow up with such non-sense people. Personally I would discard EPF scheme as it does not serve the real purpose. more

Hi Dear Passbook copy showing the amount total and payment received details scanned in single PDF copy with claim. Stating clearly amount received is less than passbook amount.
