Finally court comes to consumers rescue on discounted mrp issues
Why legal metrology controllers didnt take action despite so many complaints 4-6 just from me is beyond understanding. Glad the court is there.

Few administrative heads take initiative based on the present law. Everyone wants direction from the Court. more

The aggrieved Chandigarh consumer had filed the complaint in the District Consumer Forum and that is how Myntra was punished. Any consumer can file their complaint in the Consumer Courts but it requires a lot of patience as these courts are quite heavily loaded. As per the Legal Metrology site: "The objective of Legal Metrology is to ensure public guarantee from the point of view of security and accuracy of the weighments and measurements". Indirect taxes such as GST are not part of the responsibilities of Legal Metrology. Any GST complaint may be raised to the appropriate Finance Ministry department through the following link: http://cbec-gst.gov.in or you can take up such a complaint in the consumer court. Raising GST related complaints in the Local Circles and expecting Legal Metrology to resolve them is not the correct process. Local Circles administration should clarify such issues to it's members. more

why was this allowed in the first place to begin with ? u were able to do so much - how many can ? incomes no one wants to giv then more expenses how ? Supreme Court please tell ? u r supposed to give jusatice right or another EYEWASH ONLY more
