FIPB corruption of UPA era
So Deepak Talwar was the fixer of th UPA era as written in the attached news article.
My point is if this guy was managing FIPB clearances for foreign companies, he was likely bribing members of FIPB (constitutes of Economic Affairs Secy, DIPP secy, Revenue secy, Commerce secy, external affairs and overseas indians affairs)
All officers who have been in these positions during Deepak Talwars heroics must be questioned. Chances are money train will go to netas too.
Also which companies used the services of this guy. Lets get that list out. more

The judiciary system need reforms. There are so many ways to delay or even avoid a judgement. Most of the wrong doers know that even if they are caught it would be unlikely that they will be punished. An effective judiciary system should be able to punish the culprit within a short period. more

There has to be a dedicated enquiry and prosecution of any criminal case with a time bound filing of the FIR. One should go by the reports of newspaper and treat them as FIRs. If wrong reporting is indulged, the newspaper should be hauled up seriously. What is freedom of press, if it reports without responsibility? more

Officials enquiring such frauds should reach to the bottom of the issue and expose all those involved and the authority concerned should bring all involved under the book and punish them for the rest of the world to understand that once caught there will be no escape. Otherwise it is simply a waste of public money. more
