FIR against builders for Non Delivery
It seems noida police is now taking FIRs against builders for non delivery. a FIR was filed on saturday. My question is can FIRs be filed like this on such matters. Isn't this a civil matter versus criminal? Like this all builders might be arrested and many will go bankrupt. Is that what we want? more

Let Govt get the money refunded to depositors with interest now. Arguments that builders will collapse, has no logic. Thousands of investors have suffered. No point of further extensions and playing with life time aspirations of youngsters more

true and they are hand to hand with earlier political parties. I was recently shocked that officials at Yamuna Expressway Authority opening ask bribe of INR 300 plus per meters only for transferring the properties on next buyers name. Government should investigate on this as well. more

The problem in India is not with the Builders, but with the Officialdom.... It is these unscrupulous officers and staff who are responsible for making crooks out of the builders also. If any builder has to make profit from his operations, he has to pay to the Officialdom and he makes up by getting money from his customers. It is the officials h=who must go to jail, and who have to pay back the money they have made illegally. already so many senior officials of the UP Government have been caught with their pants down... and crores of Rupees hidden in their homes, apart from the huge investments they have made in real estate. AT WHOSE COST?..... The home buyers, of course. But HOME BUYERS.... please do not blame the builders alone. Get hold of the Officers responsible and see that they go to Jail and have to pay back the money they have made illegally. Not easy... but that is the real fact. more

JP promoters are crooks of Top order. Even Police and Noida authority are with them.Having collected 95% cost of Flats, they have just raised grey colour structures without even paying cost of land fully. Where has the money gone? Innocent Flat buyers money has been siphoned by these crooks. Even state/central Govts are silent. This is clearly criminal case. In India, any civil case takes 20+yrs to settle. Even criminal cases keep languishing for 5 + yrs as legal chain is very flexible, accomodative and long helping Big Culprits. See Mallya's case? more

Jaypee Group--- Manoj Gaur is one of the well known offenders of misusing money belonging to other people. He does not pay his suppliers or his sub-contractors for years. he has invested the money received from Home buyers in school and hospital at Wish Town Noida. he is making money from these institutions and fooling the public. more
