Dear Singh JI It depends on the indecent for FIR if is on conman place & invokes many Victim Each can file FIR separately as the damage to them may differ more

One incident,one FIR only, if more than one is registered say, in different Police Stations, all except one having jurisdiction needs to be closed. However, in particular incident, say rioting, armed robberies, dacoities, in a single incident, group of criminals, rioters indulge in violence, rampage, pilferage, burning down properties. In such cases, multiple FIRs are registered in single day, against same set of persons on specific complaints from the victims. more

only one. but in india its a game. . in certain circumstances it cab be more than one. but normally and legally it must be one only. if there are more FIRs then you can oppose them. more
