Firing crackers from moving vehicle

This car while moving in Gurugram kept firing crackers threatening their own safety and safety of many others on the road and creating pollution.

Will the administration of Gurugram take action and create an example so more such stunts persons hold their horses. Also CPCB and other pollution control bodies need to jump to action more

Undoubtedly such an act is criminal, illegal and dangerous for self as well as the passers by and the administration needs to deal with iron hands. more
