There is pain in the neck , upper back, as the muscles and ligaments are put to stress for long periods of time in unhealthy positions .
The auther in the Video gives 3 exercises that doesnt need any any special TIME or PLACE . It is possible to do it at the work spot if the person takes a few minutes off in 2 or 3 instalments .I chose this exercise as appropriate as Breathing is also incorporated .
* Chin Tuck : Keeping the chin in line with the body
* Exercise W : Keep the hands in the form of W and strtch ,
* Exercise Y,W,L,T: Here too keep the hands in the for of the Alphabets mentioned .
Auther advises to hold in position and also breath IN through NOSE and OUT through MOUTH .
