Fixing the economy steps via budget
GDP is at 42-year low & markets at all-time high, banks flush with funds but not lending, farm income collapsjng while govt-spend on farm is up. Doing business rank is up but investment Is down, interest rates are up but savings are down. See attached.

There is fear in minds of people about what is going on in this country as of economic activities. Government shows suspicion on all investors. This fear and lack of confidence on the part of Government are responsible for present situation. more

Yes the economy can be improved , by way of 2 factors 1) Farm Income can be improved , by way of encouraging the farmers, to boost the cultivation. Money flow should be improved from the farmers, so that they will concentrate on the cultivation 2) Real Estate sector can be improved , by encouraging the buyers . Liquidity will be free among the public. more

If ILFS downfall is the root cause as is very nicely mad out by Mr Swaminathan, why not act at the root itself? Simply revive the insttitution in some other name, let it do what ILFS was doing except for looting the money. Strict enforcement of management discipline should be a part of revival process. You can have brilliant pvt. individuals and business magnates in the country to run it. There are enough good people in the country who will not indiuige in what ILFS did. more

A Budget should be a guide line for development in Country as well as to various business and Industries as to how they can grow. more

If the government does not have enough brain tank to look into the matter, they should seek suggestions from those in the private sector. Brain depth is certainly there in our country and in plenty. more
