Flaberry a money eater
Is there any rule that any e commerce company can hold customer amount in there account instead of transferring in customers bank account? If they insist to do so then what steps I should take against them ?

I too faced this problem. The vendors delivery partner took 20 days to deliver the product effectively eliminating my need for the product. I asked the vendor to return the amount paid. He tried to brazen out by saying that under their return policy it is not possible to return the money. I took the matter to the forum and he came back to his senses and returned the amount paid. more

We regularly buy from good online stores like Amazon, Flipkart, first cry, Big basket etc. & make prior payment but have not faced any issue so far. The order on Flipkart was cancelled due to some issue with the delivery and the money was promptly refunded to us in less than a week. We never go to some small retailers. more

I also buy on line items . I ALWAYS GO IN FOR PAYMENT ON RECEIPT . lET US STOP THE HABBIT OF PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY WHEN THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS . more
