Exposing the construction quality of flats built in plush high rise gated societies, attached here are some photographs. A child got injured after ceiling collapsed in the bedroom of society Ajnara Homes located in Greater Noida.

really horrible. registration charges and circle rates are increasing day by day . Both Ajnara and Greater Noida Authority are at fault . Resident must approach Consumer Court. more

All builder lobby in & around Noida NCR are using inferior material its slap on face of AJNARA what type of construction is being provided more

Actually all buildings constructed using "ground water" or those constructed before the Ganga Water distribution started..... can be exposed to similar problems. The water used then, being salty affects the reinforcement and corrodes the same much faster. The only way to ensure safe construction is to use treated water...... Further, people must keep track of any cracks in walls and ceilings and take action for repairs at the earliest. more
