Flipkart and Lenovo
I have an issue regarding my android phone lenovo p1m vibe which I bought last year.I book it on 22 December 2015 but it was delivered on 29 DEC 2015 .i got an invoice mentioning 22 DEC .when I went to the service centre they just came to the conclusion that my warranty is over .I showed them the delivery copy but ask me to talk to flip kart on this issue.when I contacted flipkart they ask to consult lenovo helpline .I m very much amused by flipkart n lenovo . more

Lenovo is a Chinese company. What else did you expect? As for Flipcart, there are quite a few complaints of similar nature, what about consumer court. more

My friends & I have completely stopped purchasing anything online. abof.com cheated me by sending me 7 defective products completely different from what I ordered on COD basis. They don't allow you to check the product before you purchase it. After making numerous phone calls they took their goods back. However, it is nearly 8 months they are refusing to pay my money back. They have put a credit on the website on my name by which I can get discounts. However, they are not returning the cash stating that it is not their policy to return the cash of goods returned by the customer. On the website they claim that they return cash if goods are defective. They keep disconnecting my calls & their reps ring me up & disconnect the call the moment I say Hello. They said that only way I could get my cash is by giving my bank account details. To a co. that has done such a fraud with me, how can I give my bank acocunt details to them. more

IF YOU HAVE APPROACHED LENOVOSERVICE CENTRE ON OR BEFORE 22 DEC 2016 WITH FLIPKART INVOICE YOU SHOULD GET SERVICE. FIGHT OUT WITH FLIPKART . I AM SURE THEY WILL HONOR COMMITEMENT. I AM FM IT INDUSTRY ,WHEN WE BUY PRODUCT FM THAT DATE WARRANTY STARTS,PRODUCT MAY BE LYING WITH MY VENDOR FM LAST 1 MONTH. THAT DOES NOT MATTER. more

When you buy any product it is advisable to note correctly the start date of warranty. Also other terms also. This will help us in many ways while sorting out issues. more
