Contact credit card dept, to stop the payment. Do you have any evidence to prove your self and File a complain at consumer court. One of my friend file a police complain also. He has a video recording of empty box and got refund. more
File FIR. more
DEAR ADITYA,nothing is lost. Please take guidance from the NATIONAL HELP LINE FOR THE CONSUMERS @ 1600 11 4000.Meanwhile ,lodge a written complain with the LOCAL POLICE STATION.You may write to the RBI omdudsman ..or give a miss call to 14440(RBI)and take the advise.THESE online crooks must be tamed, shamed and disgraced so that their business takes a nose dive. But the problem is that we ,the customers, are looking for things at a cheaper rate. That is not possible..you have to pay proper price for proper material! With regards.BN DAS more

You may require to file an FIR also. Even though you are quite late. You can file FIR under one of the two. 1. Cheating by Flipkart/seller or 2. cheating / theft by courier company. It may be tedious to file an FIR now but it will help you in your fight against fraud you have faced. Simultaneously you can file complaint against Flipkart and the seller along with courier company in consumer court under " deficiency in service". more
